I’ve taught comics writing for more than a decade, primarily through Comics Experience. My feedback is direct, constructive and immediately useful, with a focus on helping you understand what’s working in a story and how to make it stronger.

I’ve developed comics curricula for adult, teen and pre-teen learners and spoken at schools, libraries and day camps. My classes and presentations cover the craft of writing comics, the history of the art form and finding your way into the industry.

I’m available for workshops, school and library visits and convention panels. I also offer one-on-one mentorship to help you sharpen your skills and move your career forward.
